2017 Top Dog Winners

We are pleased to report that we had 269 eligible contestants for this year’s Top Dog contest. From these contestants, our Mayor Suzanne Prentiss randomly selected three winners. The winners were awarded their fabulous prizes on Saturday, May 20, 2017 during the Lebanon Police Department’s K9 Awareness Day.

Sedgewick - Top Dog 2017

Our 2017 Top Dog Winner is Sedgewick, a West Highland Terrier. Sedgewick lives in Lebanon with his owner, Mary Wenig.  Sedgewick will be sporting the City of Lebanon Dog Tag #1 and bragging to his canine friends about the certificate signed by Mayor Suzanne Prentiss and City Clerk Sandra Allard. He will also enjoy a one year supply of dog food, a subscription to Barkbox.com, a grooming gift certificate, a free veterinary exam, a free rabies vaccination, a new indoor/outdoor dog bed and a doggie spa package.

Floyd - First Runner-Up

The first runner-up is Floyd, a chocolate Labrador Retriever, owned by Kathleen Woodward of Lebanon. Floyd has received Dog Tag #2, a certificate signed by the Mayor and City Clerk, and a $100 gift certificate to West Lebanon Feed and Supply.

Charley - Second Runner-Up

The second runner-up is Charley, a Golden Retriever, owned by Karen and Brad Whitaker of West Lebanon. Charley has received Dog Tag #3, a certificate signed by the Mayor and City Clerk, and a $50 gift certificate to West Lebanon Feed and Supply.
