As part of the approved 2019 City Budget, City Council authorized the appropriation of 3.3 million dollars for renovations to City Hall. On August 21, 2019, the City Council reviewed bid results for replacement of the roof, reconfiguration of the former Recreation Office for use by the Lebanon Opera House and City IT staff, replacement of boilers, revamping and cleaning the HVAC system, and some exterior drainage work on the front east side of the building. Construction will be taking place between September 2019 and March/April 2020.
The following timeline and corresponding documents help explain the scope of the project. If you have questions, please contact Project Manager Bruce Temple at 603-448-3112 or email@example.com.
City Council requests that a bid be posted for all roof work (including roofing materials, structural improvements, and insulation), and for the fitup of the former Recreation Department office for use by IT staff, as well as a new boiler for the building.
