Project Overview

What is the scope of this project?

The project consists of street reconstruction, drainage infrastructure reconstruction, sewer pipe lining, and pedestrian improvements including addition of sidewalks and crosswalks. The project will extend from the Northern Rail Trail crossing, through the intersection with Taylor Street to Kendrick Street.

How long is this going to take?

The project is expected to begin in the spring of 2021 and continue through mid to late summer of 2021.

Which streets are involved?

Streets involved include:

  • Spencer Street
  • Taylor Street
  • Mahan Street
  • Thompson Street
  • Kendrick Street

Will my property be affected?

MAYBE. The City’s Spencer Street reconstruction project includes about 1,600 feet starting from the Northern Rail Tail Crossing to Kendrick Street. It will include the lining of sewer pipes, and reconstruction of the street’s drainage systems. As we plan for the future of Lebanon, we are working toward unifying Lebanon’s street network. In this effort, we are striving to create livable/walkable neighborhoods.
