Project Overview 

Current Status

Pending work includes final roadway construction and paving, utility work, and final landscaping. This work is scheduled for April through June 2022.

What is the scope of this project? 

The project consists of street construction, drainage infrastructure reconstruction, sewer and water pipe installation, and bike/pedestrian accommodations consisting of a 5-foot-wide bike/ped lane. The project extends from the end of Airpark Road, extending 1,600 feet to the south.  The property is intended to be developed for light-industrial/commercial use.  

How long is this going to take? 

The project began in the Summer of 2021 and will continue through the Spring of 2022.

  • Airport Road
  • Airpark Road
  • Commerce Avenue
