Solid Waste Facility Odor Complaints

Please submit the following form to alert the Public Works department if you notice an odor coming from the Lebanon Solid Waste Facility. Submitting this form will enter the complaint into our LebConnect (SeeClickFix) system for tracking. 

To get started, 

  1. Choose a location by dragging the icon on the screen or entering an address in the search bar. The Solid Waste Facility is located at 370 Plainfield Rd, West Lebanon. Click confirm location.
  2. Click "No Photo" unless you have one to upload.
  3. Enter the details of your complaint and review your submission; 
  4. Choose how you would like to enter your submission (i.e., as yourself, hidden identity, or guest). 
  5. Submit your complaint. 

Once you have submitted your complaint, our Public Works Department will be alerted, and your complaint will appear in our public tracking map. You will be alerted regarding the status of your complaint if you chose to receive alerts. Otherwise, you can follow it on the public LebConnect map.
