Draft Visioning Study Report

Draft Visioning Study Report Available for Public Review

Since August 2015, the City has been engaged in a Downtown Visioning Study and Tunnel Project in order to assess the immediate structural needs of the former rail tunnel beneath the downtown pedestrian mall and to identify a preferred vision for the future of the tunnel and for downtown Lebanon. Since the third public meeting in June, the consultants and the Project Steering Committee have been working to produce a report to accurately and succinctly summarize the Visioning Study process and to articulate the Preferred Plan along with a set of implementation strategies and recommended actions for achieving the community's goals expressed throughout the process.
