Savvy Senior Programs (Cancelled 2020)
For those 55 years of age or better! Transportation is provided by the Recreation & Parks Department van. All trips leave from behind Lebanon City Hall. Trips have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12.

Cadillac Cuisine Club (Cancelled 2020)
Cadillac Cuisine is a noon-time dining out event for seniors! An opportunity to socialize with other seniors in the Upper Valley.

Quilt Retreats
Try your hand at an easy quilt project and enjoy exclusive time set aside just for you! Fee includes patterns, basic instruction, admiration by fellow quilters, Saturday lunch and a chair massage. Patterns available upon request. UFO: Bring an “UnFinished Object” (or two!) that you’ve been wanting to finish and actually finish it!

Spring Hiking
Join us on Fridays for hiking on the APD Nature Trails. Bring snacks, water bottle, backpack and hiking boots. Trails may be wet and muddy.

Couch to 5k
This introductory program literally walks then runs you through the basics. Designed with out of shape or beginner in mind. Includes UVRC membership, race shirt, race entry and coaching. Ends with Red, White & Blue 5k on July 4th.

Throwing Club
Hammer throwing is a sport in track and field in which a hammer is hurled for distance, using two hands within a throwing circle. In this throwing club, training sessions and competitive meets are held outside of the Elks Club. No prior experience needed.

Includes transportation, guided kayaking trip on the Connecticut River, festival entry and a beverage. Bring additional money for food and drinks.
