Drug Investigation Leads to Arrests

On September 5, 2019 the Lebanon Police Department conducted an investigation into the illegal sales and distribution of drugs within the City of Lebanon.  The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at an apartment on Pinetree Lane in West Lebanon NH.

The Lebanon Police Department subsequently arrested Christopher Bradford, age 25 and Kacey Grizzaffi, age 22, both of Lebanon NH.  Bradford was charged with Drug Sales (Heroin) and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Narcotic Drug (Heroin), both Class B Felony offenses. Grizzaffi was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, Possession of Drugs in a Motor vehicle (both Misdemeanor offenses) and Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin), a Felony offense.

Both parties were issued court dates of September 23, 2019 in the Grafton County Superior Court. Grizzaffi was released on Personal Recognizance bail and Bradford was held at the request of NH Probation and Parole pending a probation violation.
