On April 5, 2019 at approximately 10:00AM, Lebanon Police Officer Emily Winslow initiated a traffic stop on Route 120 for a motor vehicle violation. The operator, identified as Keagan Sharkey, age 30, of Hanover, NH, was found to have a warrant for his arrest for Possession of Heroin. The warrant stemmed from a motor vehicle stop by Lebanon Police in February of 2019 where Sharkey was found to have over 200 bags of Heroin in his possession.
A search warrant was subsequently executed on Sharkey’s 2001 Honda Accord where approximately 300 bags of Heroin and over $1,600 in cash was seized.
Sharkey was charged with Possession of the Controlled Drug Heroin with intent to Sell, a Class B Felony, and two additional charges of Possession of the Controlled Drug Heroin, a Class B Felony. Sharkey was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned in the Grafton County Superior Court on April 22nd, 2019.
