Lebanon In Depth was a televised production, hosted by retired City Manager Greg Lewis, which presented a behind-the-scenes analysis of Lebanon City operations and its effect on Lebanon residents. The program was produced and filmed by Community Access Television (CATV) and can now be found on the City's Lebanon in Depth YouTube channel. The program was discontinued when Manager Lewis retired.
The City of Lebanon extends its special thanks to CATV for granting its permission to reproduce and post Lebanon in Depth on the City's website.
While you do not need to have an appointment, having a scheduled time is the best way to assure that you receive enough time to express your concerns, ideas, and more. Unless unavailable due to an appointment, meeting, etc the City Manager's door is always open.
Yes, an application must be filed with the City Manager’s Office. The application is available online here: Licensing Board page.
A Sound Permit Application must be received at the City Manager's Office at least two weeks prior to your event. Sound Permits are granted for events taking place from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday, and from 1 pm to 5 pm on Sundays per City Code, Chapter 110. If your event falls out of these time frames, special permission needs to be granted by the City Council, which will require at least two weeks’ notice. Once submitted and approved by the Chief of Police, the approved sound permit will be emailed to the applicant to have on hand at their event.
